In our specialized center we can help you repair any steering rack for passenger cars and heavy duty trucks.

How it works:

First of all the steering rack is carefully inspected by our specialist.

Visual defects and damage is confirmed.

After that the steering rack is fully taken apart, and all components are carefully washed in special washing machine under high pressure and in special washing liquid.

The parts that we cannot repair are replaced by new ones.

From shaft of steering rack the rust is removed. The worm condition is checked. The condition of shaft teeth is also checked.

We always change oil-seals, o-rings, PTFE-rings, dust covers, bush and other components.

The repair works take place from a couple of hours to a couple of days in dependency of the state of steering rack.

All remanufactured steering racks are carefully checked on modern diagnostic equipment.

We also have a variety of remanufactured steering rack ready to be put on vehicles, what saves time for us and our client.

During remanufacturing of steering racks we use only quality and original components.

All remanufactured steering racks have a 12 month warranty period.
